Use of artificial intelligence

In line with the transparency principles of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), in particular Art. 50, and of Italian Law No. 132 of 23 September 2025, the following explains how artificial intelligence is used on this website.

• Some texts on this website, including blog articles, translations and parts of the website code, were drafted, translated or revised with the support of generative AI tools: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Claude (Anthropic), Copilot (Microsoft), Meta AI (Meta) and Grok (xAI).
• These tools are used on public material only: the pages of this website, the articles and the code. Client files, case data and personal data of other people are never entered into them.
• Every text produced with AI support has been reviewed, edited and approved by Vladyslav Pereverzyev before publication. Technical information about software, materials and products is checked against the official sources indicated in the articles.
• The photographs showing Vladyslav Pereverzyev and his work are real photographs and are not generated or altered by AI to show events that did not happen. Some device images are graphic compositions of real software screens.
• The website does not use chatbots or other AI systems that interact with visitors, and no visitor data is processed by AI systems through the website.

Where AI tools are used as support in providing a professional service, for example in training or consulting, the client is informed about the tools used. The professional work, the checks and the final decisions remain with a person.

Why this page exists

Under Art. 50(4) of the AI Act, a disclosure is not required when AI-generated text has been reviewed by a person who holds editorial responsibility, which is the case for this website. This page is published anyway, so that readers know how the content is made.
