Every restoration is born twice: first in the design, then in the material. The design is where everything is decided - margin, axis, thickness - and it dictates how the work sits at the chair. When cases pile up or a complex one needs time the lab doesn’t have, outsourced design gives it room to breathe, without hiring. Remote, with laboratories and clinics worldwide.
A validated, watertight STL ready for milling or printing - correct margins, controlled cement gap, verified minimum thickness and a clean insertion axis.

Turnaround and delivery
Standard cases typically return within a day; immediate-load and urgent cases are handled with a same-session priority option on request.
How the CAD workflow works
Send the scan and prescription; the design is shared during the process for review and confirmation; the production-ready file is returned. Scans arrive through the scanner portal; without a portal, write to me and we agree on a channel.
Who does the work
Every case is designed and checked by me. When a deadline or a busy week requires it, part of the modelling can be done with trusted collaborators, always under my coordination and reviewed before delivery.
