These terms of use apply to vladpereverzyev.com and its subdomains, operated by Vladyslav Pereverzyev (details in the imprint). Using the website means accepting them. Services such as CAD design, training and support are governed by the individual quote or agreement.

1. Editorial responsibility

Vladyslav Pereverzyev is responsible for all texts, images, files and other content published on this website, including the blog, and holds editorial responsibility for it. Content is written for dental laboratories, clinics and technicians and reflects the author’s professional experience at the time of publication.

2. How the work is carried out

The services offered are design, training, consulting and software. There is no manufacturing facility of its own: printing, milling and finishing are carried out by affiliated facilities, and an order can be passed on to third-party manufacturers. What is delivered is the design file with its parameters, together with the check of the result before and after production. Material choice, manufacturing and clinical application remain with the laboratory or the clinic that places the order.

When a deadline or the volume of work requires it, part of a design or software job can be carried out together with trusted collaborators. The work stays under my coordination and is checked by me before delivery, so the quality and the agreed dates do not change. Training and workflow consulting are always given by me in person.

3. Professional information, not clinical advice

The articles, tools and files on this website are general technical information for dental professionals. They do not replace the instructions for use of manufacturers, the documentation of software vendors or the clinical judgment of the dentist, who remains responsible for every clinical decision. Values and settings may change with new software versions and products.

4. Liability for content

Content is prepared with care, but no guarantee is given that it is complete, correct and up to date at all times. Liability for damage arising from the use of the information is excluded to the extent permitted by law, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

5. Availability and changes

The website is provided as it is. Content may be corrected, changed or removed at any time without notice. Continuous availability is not guaranteed, and interruptions for maintenance or technical problems can occur.

6. Liability for links

This website contains links to external websites, for example social networks, online courses and software vendors. Their content is the responsibility of their operators. The linked pages were checked for obvious legal violations when the link was created. If a violation becomes known, the link will be removed promptly.

7. Copyright

Texts, photographs, graphics and files on this website are protected by copyright (Italian Law No. 633/1941). Reproduction, editing, distribution or any use beyond private use require prior written permission. Files offered on the download page may be used in your own professional work; they may not be resold or republished as your own.

Where content does not originate from the provider, the rights of third parties are respected. Possible infringements can be reported by email; the content will be removed promptly once a violation is established.

exocad, Blender for Dental, 3Shape, Dentsply Sirona, Medit, iTero, Zirkonzahn, AnyDesk, Udemy and other names cited on this website are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe products and services. Unless stated otherwise, there is no affiliation with their owners beyond the certifications indicated.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This website and the relationships arising from it are governed by Italian law. For any dispute the court of Bolzano (Italy) has exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules that grant consumers the jurisdiction of their place of residence.

The services offered are addressed to professionals. The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.

10. Validity of individual provisions

If a provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.

11. Data processing agreement for clients

Clinics and laboratories that send patient cases sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR before the first case. The PDF can be filled in on screen: complete the controller fields and the signature, save it and send it back by email. It is available in English, Italian and German; in case of discrepancy the Italian version prevails.
