This service takes an idea, a sketch or a problem part and carries it to a working prototype - custom jigs and fixtures, lab tooling, device concepts and functional test pieces - choosing the right process and material for what the part actually has to do. Scope
Responsibility is limited to design and prototype fabrication; certification, regulatory approval and series production remain with the client.
Where production happens
Prototypes are produced through affiliated facilities and can be made by third-party manufacturers. The design, the parameters and the check of the result stay with me.
